Documentation & Quality

WPS development, third-party inspection readiness, material test reports, and clear communication so your project moves without surprises.

Hastelloy, Inconel & Specialty Alloy Fabrication

High-performance alloys for corrosive, high-temperature, and critical service environments.

Many Gulf Coast industrial, marine, and chemical projects require materials that standard carbon steel or even 316 stainless cannot handle. Wilson's Industrial Fabrication works with high-nickel and specialty alloys when the application demands it.

Common alloys we fabricate and weld include:

Hastelloy C-276 Hastelloy C-22 Inconel 625 Inconel 718 Monel 400 Duplex 2205 Super Duplex Titanium Alloy 20

These materials are used in chemical processing, offshore and marine systems, pollution control, heat exchangers, and other aggressive environments. Successful fabrication requires correct filler metals, controlled heat input, proper joint design, and careful cleaning to avoid contamination.

If your project involves Hastelloy, Inconel, or similar alloys, send the drawings or material specs. We will review the requirements and tell you straight whether it is a good fit for our shop.

Engineer-Owned. Hands-On. Local.

Built for clients who need a capable shop that understands both the print and the shop floor.

Wilson's Industrial Fabrication LLC is a single-member Alabama limited liability company based in Summerdale, Baldwin County — right in the heart of the Alabama Gulf Coast industrial corridor.

The shop is owned and operated by a mechanical engineer with aerospace background (Lockheed Martin and Blue Origin experience) and practical roots as a welder and machinist. That combination means we speak both engineering language and fabrication language.

We focus on quality workmanship, honest communication, and building the systems (WPS, inspection, documentation) that industrial and marine customers actually need — including specialty alloy work.

Why Clients Work With Us
